9.Courses: refunds and transfer
Cancellations are accepted up to 15 working days before the start date, subject to a 100 lei admin fee plus costs for study materials. The rest of the course fee will be refunded.
Transfers to a different course can be made 15 days before the start of the course.
Cancellations made less than 15 working days before the start date or no-shows are non-refundable/transferable, except with medical documentation, which allows transfer to a later course without a refund.
For online courses, once the registration is submitted to WSET, the registration can not be cancelled or transfered and the fees can not be refunded.
10.WSET examinations: refunds and transfer
Cancellations or transfers for the in-person examination are accepted up to 10 working days before the exam date. After that or in case of no show off is subject to a 200 lei fee.
Cancellations or transfers for the online examination are accepted up to 15 working days before the exam date. After that or in case of no show off the examination fees have paid in full.
11.Winetastings: refunds and transfer
Winetasting reservations can not be cancelled and the fees can not be refunded. Reservations can be transferred, after we are informed in writing at email: info@trawis.ro.
12.Cancellation
Trawis reserves the right to cancel or change a course date. Trawis will typically arrange an alternative date in these infrequent circumstances and offer students either a transfer to a new date or an alternative course if this date is not convenient. If neither option is made available by Trawis, a refund, minus the full cost of the study materials, will be offered.
13. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Trawis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the site after the changes constitutes acceptance of these changes.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
